Maun Campus offers an array of student support services that are inclusive and student centric to meet the needs of a diverse customer base. We are a host to fourteen (14) accredited Tertiary programmes ranging from Certificates, Diplomas, and Degrees up to Masters level. We aim to empower our students with skills to fulfill their academic and professional passions in a university Campus that is welcoming, quality inclined, and progressive to meet the ever growing demands of a modern technology driven ODeL university like BOU.

Maun Regional Campus host Open Schooling Level Programmes being Junior Certificate (JC) and Botswana General Certificate in Secondary Education (BGCSE) for out -of school youths and adults who wish to continue their education through ODeL means. Our presence in the Region is marked by widespread nodes of study centres at Shakawe, Beetsha, Gumare, Sehithwa, Rakops, Gweta and in Maun. It is at these study centres where we offer student services and support to a diverse customer base, including the far-to-reach and marginalised communities, as well as Inmates at the Maun and Boro Prisons. Tutorials and examinations support are all offered by well trained staff based at the study centres.

The BOU Library at Maun Campus offers a range of specialized services tailored to the needs of remote and online learners. Our services are delivered both electronically and in person, as well as through our local partners. These services are designed to provide access to resources, support research and learning, and facilitate communication between students and library staff. Note that our local partners include Maun Public Library, Shakawe Community Library, Moremaoto Community Library, Gweta Community Library, Gumare Village Reading Room, Maun Prison, Rakops Village Reading Room, and Seronga Village Reading Room. The following services are found at Maun Campus Library:

• Lending Services: Any registered BOU student may borrow Library books for a period of 30 days, with a limit of four books for undergraduates and five books for graduate students.
• Information and Digital Literacy Instruction: Online and in-person workshops and tutorials are available on information and digital literacy, as well as research skills.Instructional Sessions: Live or recorded instructional sessions are offered to teach students how to use Library resources efficiently..
• Customized Tutorials and Guides: customized tutorials, research guides, and instructional materials are provided to help remote learners become proficient in using library resources and conducting research.
• Librarian Support: Librarian is readily available to provide support for remote learners. She assists with research, information literacy, and navigating digital resources.
• Physical Spaces: physical space is available, particularly for local students and tutors.
• Computer and Internet access: The Library has client computers and internet facilities available for use by students.
